This work is for people who are ready to go beneath the surface — not just manage symptoms, but understand and heal what's driving them. It's deep, meaningful work, and it unfolds at the pace your system needs, which means it isn't a quick fix.
If you're looking for someone to tell you what to do or hand you a set of coping tools, this may not be the right fit. My role isn't to have the answers — it's to help you access the wisdom and clarity that already lives inside you. Clients who thrive in this work are curious, willing to turn inward, and ready to be gently challenged.
If that resonates, I'd love to connect.

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
