I offer IFS and EMDR therapy online throughout California for adults navigating childhood trauma, anxiety, and painful relationship patterns. Many of my clients feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in overfunctioning roles, or quietly disconnected from themselves and the people they love most.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who feel stuck in relationship patterns that no longer serve them, and want greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and connection. Many of my clients are accomplished, capable individuals who have achieved what society often defines as success, yet still struggle with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, or wonder why their achievements haven't brought the fulfillment they expected.

Often, these struggles are rooted in unmet emotional needs, difficult family dynamics, or relational wounds from the past.
